Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy Bookings are confirmed only after Wandersox Adventures issues a booking confirmation. Please do not send payment before receiving confirmation and speaking with one of our Travel Specialists. Cancellation and Rescheduling • Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. • Rescheduling may be permitted once, subject to availability and supplier conditions. Any fare differences or non-refundable supplier charges remain the guest’s responsibility. Tour Changes and Unforeseen Events Wandersox Adventures may adjust the itinerary, schedule, route, or activities when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, transport conditions, supplier requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative or reschedule when possible. Guest Responsibilities Guests must provide accurate booking information, follow the Travel Specialist’s instructions, and arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Services missed because of late arrival or failure to appear are non-refundable. By completing a booking, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted this policy.
